Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-inclusive e-mail management solution, which will give you absolute control over your e-mail accounts and e-mail newsletters. With this intuitive interface, you can set up a new email box account in no time and manage its settings effortlessly. Additionally, you can redirect electronic mail messages from one email box account to another, create e-mail filters, set up auto-response messages and defend your email box accounts against junk mails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can defend all your e-mailbox accounts against junk messages. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make sure that no unasked-for mails will find their way into your e-mail box. Your electronic mails will be sifted out based on their spam score. You can also decide whether a mail message blacklisted as spam should be erased or forwarded to a specific e-mail account.
Email Filters
E-mail filters are perfect for sorting your incoming messages on the basis of certain rules specified by you. Creating email filters is very easy - all you need to do is fill in a simple form and your mail filter will be created and will go into effect immediately. You can easily create a filter for any of your mail accounts and specify the e-mail filtering criteria as per your desire.
Email Forwarding
You can easily forward your incoming electronic mails from one e-mailbox account to another, or even to several other e-mail accounts. Just choose the mail account you would like to redirect messages from, then specify the destination mailbox and indicate if you would like to keep a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager user interface, you can easily configure the electronic mail client of your preference to access your electronic mail accounts. Just navigate to the Auto-Config column next to the e-mailbox account you wish to set up on your personal computer or smartphone and click on the e-mail client that you want to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your mail client and the new email mailbox will be configured in a minute.

With the Email Manager interface, working with multiple e-mail accounts at the same time is child's play. The Email Manager user interface will also permit you to easily create an auto-response message - enter the message you want people to see and our system will do the rest. And if you want to configure a catch-all e-mailbox - you can accomplish that with a mere mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
